Compare the same home, dates and lease term.
A useful apartment comparison starts with a current quote from each community. Use this guide to keep the quoted home, required costs and move-in assumptions together.
Identify the apartment behind the quote
Save the community name, apartment or floor-plan identifier, quoted date, proposed move-in date and lease term. Ask whether the quote refers to the exact apartment you can tour or a representative home. Current availability belongs with the selected community’s leasing team.
Put required recurring costs beside rent
Ask the community for base rent and each required recurring charge, plus how utilities are billed. Keep optional services separate so that two options use the same assumptions. A rent figure shown on an older page is not a current quote.
List the money due before and at move-in
Ask which application, administrative, deposit and other required amounts apply to the proposed home and when they are due. Confirm which amounts may be refundable and any conditions directly with the community. Do not assume another community’s charges or policy will apply.
Read a special with its conditions
Request the regular rent, the concession, eligible homes or dates, required lease term and any other written conditions together. Confirm how the concession appears on the lease and payment schedule. A headline special alone does not establish the full monthly or move-in cost.
Verify the details on the community website
Return to the selected community’s official website for current plans, tour options and leasing contact. Confirm the exact home, fees, availability and terms before applying. LiveLuxia helps you compare the collection; saving or selecting a community here does not reserve an apartment.
