How we research and update apartment guides
Luxia helps renters compare places and communities. Live leasing decisions still belong on each community's official website.
Our source order
Live leasing facts
Official property websites control pricing, availability, floor plans, fees, policies, applications and tours.
Local facts
City, transit, parks and other public agencies come first for government services, transportation and public facilities.
District facts
First-party district and community sites support current directories, amenities and events. We link readers to them when details change.
What we check
Priority guides receive a source review, date check, link check and a separate pass for claims that can affect a renter's decision. We remove stale rent ranges, unsupported travel promises, old school ratings and subjective neighborhood labels when we cannot support them cleanly.
What changes quickly
Pricing, availability, concessions, business openings, schedules, fees and drive times can change between visits. We do not treat a cached number as current. Readers should verify those items directly before applying or signing.
Maps and infographics
Luxia's original visuals are decision aids. A schematic is labeled as a schematic and does not imply scale, distance or travel time. Source links sit on the related guide so readers can inspect the underlying information.
Corrections and fair housing
Luxia follows Equal Housing Opportunity principles. Guides focus on housing, transportation, public amenities and practical renter checks, not on who a neighborhood is "for." To flag an error, use the contact form and include the page URL and source.
