Overview
Luxia is a collection of apartment communities managed by RPM Living. This page explains, in plain terms, how information is handled on the Luxia brand website (liveluxia.com). When you visit a specific community website or submit a leasing inquiry, that activity is also covered by RPM Living's privacy policy, available at rpmliving.com/privacy-policy.
Information we collect
If you use the leasing form on this site, we collect the community you select and the name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message you submit. The form is processed through Netlify Forms. We use Google Analytics to measure site use, including page views, scrolling and links to community websites. Google may process device and browser information for that measurement; see Google's privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to route it by email to the leasing team at the community you selected, so that team can respond. The form does not create a Yardi or RentCafe guest card or application. Do not send payment details or sensitive identity information in the message.
Sharing
The interactive community map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. Your browser sends the network and browser information needed to request those tiles, including your IP address and the referring website. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. You can compare communities using the cards and comparison table without using the map.
Your form submission is processed by Netlify and emailed to the selected community's leasing mailbox. Following a community link takes you to a separate website; review its privacy notice before submitting information there. Community websites may use the RentCafe (Yardi) platform and RPM Living's privacy practices; see the RPM Living policy linked above.
Your choices
You can ask us not to contact you at any time by replying to any message or contacting the leasing team. For requests related to personal information handled by RPM Living, see the RPM Living privacy policy linked above.
