Find the location and apartment you need
Browse all 18 communities across Dallas–Fort Worth, Phoenix, the Nashville area, Oklahoma City and Amarillo. Use each property’s official website for current floor plans, availability and tour options. Sharing a collection name does not establish that the same rental terms or services apply.
Ask your current community about leaving
- What notice period and delivery method does your signed lease require?
- Does the move occur at lease end or during the term, and which charges could apply?
- How will keys, the condition inspection, final utilities and other balances be handled?
- How will any deposit be accounted for, and where should you provide a forwarding address?
- Is any transfer-related exception available for this move, and where is it confirmed in writing?
Ask the receiving community about arriving
- Is the apartment available for the required date, and what holds it?
- Which current rental criteria, application steps and documents apply?
- Which prior residency information can be used, and what needs to be submitted again?
- What rent, recurring charges, upfront fees and deposit apply to this apartment?
- Are any transfer terms available, and what eligibility, notice and timing conditions apply?
Compare the two timelines before committing
Put the current lease end or release date beside the new lease start date. Include overlapping rent, movers, utility setup, deposits and any existing offer repayment conditions. A discussion with one team does not release obligations to the other.
Keep a written summary showing the exact apartment, both dates, charges, any approved exception and the contact at each community. A waiver, reduced charge, reused application or deposit transfer applies only if confirmed for your move.
Use the right contact and keep records secure
Start with your current leasing team and contact the receiving community through its official site. The hub inquiry form routes a question to the community you select; it is not a transfer approval or notice under your lease. Do not send sensitive financial, identity or medical documents through it.
Use the move-in checklist after confirming both sides of the move. Ask separately about any current referral or rewards terms on our resident program guide.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move from one Luxia community to another?
You can explore available apartments and ask both communities about the process. Eligibility, application steps, notice, availability and charges must be confirmed for your specific move.
Are transfer or lease-break fees waived?
A fee waiver is not established by this website. Ask both teams which charges apply and obtain any approved exception in writing before committing.
Can my deposit or application move with me?
Ask the current community how the deposit will be accounted for and the receiving community what application and deposit it requires. Neither carries over automatically based on the collection name.
Does sending a hub inquiry count as notice to leave?
No. Use the notice method and timing required by your lease, and ask your current leasing team how to obtain confirmation of receipt.
