Toni, by name — twice over

Two of the three sampled reviews center on the same staff member, Toni, which is a strong enough pattern to call out directly rather than treat as coincidence. In the first, a resident described a move that could have been overwhelming but wasn't, crediting Toni for being "incredibly professional, patient, kind, and helpful with every single step of the process." In the second, a different reviewer — someone who wasn't even touring, just running deliveries in the area — described stopping by and being met with "genuine kindness" from Toni and a colleague, Zaria, who'd set up a spread of "fresh food, coffee, snacks, fruit, and pastries" that the reviewer said "made my whole day better."
