Choose the community where you live
Open the community directory and follow your property’s official website link. Look for its resident login or resident services page. Portal providers and links can vary; this hub does not supply a universal account login.
Having trouble signing in?
Use the password-reset or help options on the confirmed portal, or contact your community using a known phone number or its official website. Check the apartment and account details with that team. Do not send passwords, verification codes, bank information or identity documents through a general hub inquiry.
Confirm payment instructions through a known contact
Before using changed payment instructions, confirm them independently with the community. A forwarded message, search advertisement or unfamiliar payment link is not the same as the official resident portal. Keep payment receipts and ask the team how a pending or disputed payment is handled.
Know how to report an urgent issue
Ask the community for its current routine and after-hours reporting methods. Some urgent issues need a call rather than a portal request; a website submission may not notify an emergency responder. For an immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Planning your next step?
Use the renewal guide or transfer planning guide for questions to discuss with your team. Follow your lease’s notice procedure; a hub message is not a substitute for required notice.
Frequently asked questions
Is there one RentCafe login for every Luxia community?
Do not assume one provider or account link applies everywhere. Start from your community’s official website or the portal address its team has confirmed.
Can I pay rent or upload documents through this hub?
No. Use the confirmed community portal or another secure method the leasing team identifies. Keep account and payment details out of general inquiries.
Can I use the portal to report an emergency?
Confirm the community’s current urgent and after-hours instructions. An online request may not alert an emergency responder; contact emergency services for immediate danger.
